  To view or generate statements, first, you need to navigate to the Backoffice page. If you're familiar with the process, proceed with the steps below. If you need help, click here to learn how to access the Backoffice.
• Menu Navigation:
  • Middle Arrow: Click the arrow in the middle of the screen to expand the menu bars on the left side.
  • Top Menus: Commonly used reports are listed at the top of the screen. These menus can be expanded or collapsed for easy access.
• Generating Reports:
  You can generate various reports under each menu, including those for previous years. The top menu bars make it easy to navigate through your report options.
  Example of Menu Bars at the Top: Viewing Reports for Previous Years:
  • Select Year: Click on the year at the top right corner of your dashboard.
  • Change Year: A pop-up window will appear where you can select the desired year for the reports.
