If you are not able to do trading in Commodity F&O with MCX, Equity F&O with NSE and BSE, you can activate by following simple steps. 

Via Navia App:

• Click here to Log into the Navia App.
• Go to Account -> Profile.
• Click the edit icon  next to either mobile, email or bank account.
• You will be re-directed to Re-ekyc module. Tap on the hamburger menu and select Segment option.
• Toggle to activate the required segments. If you are activating the F&O segment then you will need to upload 6 months bank statement or ITR (most recent), DP Holding Statement as income proof.
• Verify your identity (IPV) and E-sign your segment activation request form using your Aadhaar number.

Via Re-KYC Link:

• Click here to go to the Re-KYC module.
• Enter your UCC and Date of Birth, then submit.
• Enter the OTP sent to your registered email and mobile number.
• You will be re-directed to the Segment section in Re-ekyc module. Just toggle to activate the required segments. If you are activating the F&O segment then you will need to upload 6 months bank statement as income proof.
• Verify your identity (IPV) and E-sign your segment activation request form using your Aadhaar number.

Processing Time: 

• The request will be processed in 2 working days.
• Once you place a change/update request, you can track its progress under Service Status in the app. 
• You will also receive a WhatsApp notification as soon as the request is either approved or rejected.

Offline:

• Send the signed Form along with Income Proof to the address mentioned here.
