Online Process:

Via Navia App:

• Log into the Navia App.
• Go to Account -> Profile.
• Click the edit icon  next to either mobile, email or bank account.
• You will be re-directed to the Re-ekyc dashboard. Tap on the hamburger menu and select "Nomination" options. 
• You will need to enter the date of birth and PAN number of each Nominee for identification purpose. 
• You will be required to upload the Copy of PAN card
• Verify your identity (IPV) and E-sign your Nominee form using your Aadhaar number. 

Via Re-KYC Link:

• Click here to go to the Re-KYC module.
• Enter your UCC and Date of Birth, then submit.
• Enter the OTP sent to your registered email and mobile number.
• You will be re-directed to the Re-ekyc dashboard. Tap on the hamburger menu and select "Nomination" options. 
• You will be taken to the Nomination section in Re-ekyc module. Add 1 or more nominee. You can add upto 10 nominees. Select the % allocation for each nominee if you are adding more than 1 nominee. 
• You will need to enter the date of birth and PAN number of each Nominee for identification purpose. 
• You will be required to upload the Copy of PAN card
• Verify your identity (IPV) and E-sign your Nominee form using your Aadhaar number.

Offline Process 

Opt In vs. Opt Out:

• Opt In: Assign a nominee to your account. Click here to download Opt In form.
• Opt Out: Choose not to assign a nominee. Click here to download Opt Out form.

For joint trading or Demat accounts, fill out the attached form and mail it to the address provided in the form.

Courier the forms to our Registered address here. 

Processing Time: 

• Changes will be completed within 2 working days of submitting the request. 
• Requests received after 4 PM will be considered as received on next working day
• Your Nomination would be updated in Trading and Demat account.
• Once updated you will receive the Client Master with Nominee info
• You can track the progress under Service Status in the app. 
• You will receive a WhatsApp notification as soon as the request is either approved or rejected.

Documents required from nominees:  

1) PAN or

2) Aadhaar (masked) or

3) Driving License (Valid) or

4) Passport
