Online Process:

Via Navia App:

• Log in to the Navia App.
• Go to Account -> Personal Details.
• Click the edit icon  next to either mobile, email or bank account.
• You will be re-directed to the Nomination section in Re-ekyc module. Add 1 or more nominee. Select the % allocation for each nominee if you are adding more than 1 nominee. You will need to enter the date of birth and PAN number of each Nominee for identification purpose. 
• Verify your identity (IPV) and E-sign your Nominee form using your Aadhaar number. 

Via Re-KYC Link:

• Click here to go to the Re-KYC module.
• Enter your UCC and Date of Birth, then submit.
• Enter the OTP sent to your registered email and mobile number.
• Go to the Re-KYC dashboard, select 'Nomination' option. 
• You will be re-directed to the Nomination section in Re-ekyc module. Add 1 or more nominee. Select the % allocation for each nominee if you are adding more than 1 nominee. You will need to enter the date of birth and PAN number of each Nominee for identification purpose. 
• Verify your identity (IPV) and E-sign your Nominee form using your Aadhaar number.

RE-EKYC Link 

Opt In vs. Opt Out:

• Opt In: Assign a nominee to your account.
• Opt Out: Choose not to assign a nominee.

Joint Accounts

For joint trading or Demat accounts, fill out the attached form and mail it to the address provided in the form.

Processing Time: 

• Changes will be completed within 2 working days of submitting the request. 
• Your Nomination would be updated in Trading and Demat account. 
• You will receive a confirmation email once the update is complete.
