How to Open an Account with Navia?
An individual Navia account can be opened online if the mobile number is linked to Aadhaar. To open a trading and demat account, follow the on-screen instructions and complete the e-sign process. The following documents or information are required to open an online account:

- PAN: Your PAN number is required. In case we are unable to fetch your PAN details online, then you can upload digital copy of your PAN card.
- Aadhaar Number: Aadhaar details is mandatory for Proof of address, ID and e-signing.
- Bank Proof in the Client's Name: If we are not able to verify your bank details online, then any of the following documents can be uploaded:
- A personalized cancelled cheque with the client's name printed.
- Latest bank statement or passbook copy displaying the bank account number, bank logo, seal, MICR, and IFSC code.
- Income Proof(if trading in F&O is required): Acceptable documents for income proof include:
- 6 months bank statement with the bank logo and seal showing an average balance exceeding ₹10,000.
- Last 3 month salary slip reflecting a gross monthly income of over ₹15,000.
- The latest ITR acknowledgment indicating a gross annual income of more than ₹1,20,000.
Additional Information:
- Once all documents are submitted and the e-sign process is complete, the account will be opened within 24 working hours if your KYC is already registered with KRA. If not registered in KRA , account will be opened within 1 day after KRA registration is done. KRA registration requires you to verify your email id and Mobile number directly with KRA and takes typically 2-3 days after you verify.
- An email containing the user ID and password will be sent once the account is opened

Important Notes:
- Aadhaar Name Matching: The name on the Aadhaar must match the name in the digital signature (e-sign). Any discrepancy will result in rejection of the e-signed forms.
