How to Raise a Support Ticket ?
- Tap on Create Ticket option (below or click here).
- Login Options:
- Via Navia App
- Via Support Portal
- If logging in via Support Portal:
- Enter your registered email ID with Navia.
- Select the correct Subject from the dropdown.
- Type your query in the Description box.
- Tap Send OTP → Enter OTP sent to your registered email.
- Once OTP is verified, tap Send to raise your ticket.
