How to Raise a Support Ticket ?

  1. Tap on Create Ticket option (below or click here).
  2. Login Options:
    • Via Navia App
    • Via Support Portal
  3. If logging in via Support Portal:
    • Enter your registered email ID with Navia.
    • Select the correct Subject from the dropdown.
    • Type your query in the Description box.
    • Tap Send OTP → Enter OTP sent to your registered email.
    • Once OTP is verified, tap Send to raise your ticket.
