How to Reactivate Your Suspended NRI Account

Reactivating your suspended NRI account with Navia Markets is a simple process. Follow these steps:


Step 1: Complete the KYC Form

  • Download the KYC form (PDF) from Navia’s official website.
  • Fill out the form and attach self-attested copies of the following:
    • PAN Card
    • Address Proof  
    • FATCA and TIN/CRS details 

Step 2: Submit the Form

Send the completed form along with the supporting documents to:
Navia Markets Limited
Ganga Griha, 4th & 5th Floor, No.9 (Old No. 6D),
Nungambakkam High Road, Nungambakkam, Chennai - 600034.


What Happens Next?

  1. Acknowledgment: Once your documents are received, Navia will acknowledge the receipt via email and WhatsApp.

  2. Verification Process

    • Navia will verify your submitted details within one working day of acknowledgment.
    • If there are any discrepancies, you’ll be notified for corrections.
  3. KRA Data Validation: Your information is cross-checked with the Know Your Client Registration Agency (KRA):

    • If no updates are required, your account will be activated within 2 working days.
    • If updates are necessary, Navia will update your KYC details with KRA and notify you via WhatsApp.
  4. Email Verification from KRA

    • KRA will send you an email to verify your updated information.
    • Once verified, your account will be activated within 24 hours.

Activation Timelines

  • No Changes in KRA Data: Account will be reactivated in 2 working days.
  • Changes Required in KRA Data: Process may take up to 10 working days, depending on email verification.
