How to Reactivate Your Suspended NRI Account
Reactivating your suspended NRI account with Navia Markets is a simple process. Follow these steps:
Step 1: Complete the KYC Form
- Download the KYC form (PDF) from Navia’s official website.
- Fill out the form and attach self-attested copies of the following:
- PAN Card
- Address Proof
- FATCA and TIN/CRS details
Step 2: Submit the Form
Send the completed form along with the supporting documents to:

What Happens Next?
Acknowledgment: Once your documents are received, Navia will acknowledge the receipt via email and WhatsApp.
Verification Process
- Navia will verify your submitted details within one working day of acknowledgment.
- If there are any discrepancies, you’ll be notified for corrections.
KRA Data Validation: Your information is cross-checked with the Know Your Client Registration Agency (KRA):
- If no updates are required, your account will be activated within 2 working days.
- If updates are necessary, Navia will update your KYC details with KRA and notify you via WhatsApp.
Email Verification from KRA
- KRA will send you an email to verify your updated information.
- Once verified, your account will be activated within 24 hours.
Activation Timelines
- No Changes in KRA Data: Account will be reactivated in 2 working days.
- Changes Required in KRA Data: Process may take up to 10 working days, depending on email verification.
